Yes. It makes you feel like there is something fundamentally wrong with you. Mine was my first love, 25 years later. First man I dated post divorce (4 years later) from ANOTHER narcissist. It was 2013 and I haven’t dated since. Because that will NEVER happen to me again, even if that means I spend the entire 2nd half of my life alone.
