Yes, I actually read Interlude first, and handed my phone to my best friend who is visiting me for Christmas. She’s a middle school choir teacher (a phenomenal one) turned temporary school counselor while she battles some autoimmune issues. And I often think of her when I read your funny stuff, because she’s got a sense of humor a lot like yours. But this was different (I had just had her read “stuff I was supposed to cook…” on my phone when Interlude popped up on my tablet while I was in the bathroom, of course. I brought it right out to her and probably forgot to heart or comment or anything. It was BRILLIANT.

She agreed.

I still don’t know what I want to be when I grow up, but I know I want it to be spelled right and punctuated correctly. I guess that’s something.
