This is solid advice. You might be careful with the “let’s” and “we’s”, though. Personally, when I’m under stress or experiencing anxiety, those phrases are triggers for me. I’m much better with an implied or actual 'you’. “Okay. Take a breath.” or “You can do this. Slow down, breathe.” stated gently and with care calm me much more than acting like you are in this with me.

Not a criticism, as I thought this was a great article. Just another point of view. ☺

I still don’t know what I want to be when I grow up, but I know I want it to be spelled right and punctuated correctly. I guess that’s something.
