Thanks! I thought it was a fantastic article. I work at an organization with a female CEO, where the vp in 4 out of 6 divisions is also female, and I’d have to say about 70% of management is female. And we don’t have harassment issues. I’ve been there for 8 years and only ever been uncomfortable around one employee and he was fired and charged with a stalking crime (not related to me, though he DID stalk me even after he left the organization, for a while). I guess I’m really lucky. I’ve worked in vastly different situations in the past where those lines were definitely not drawn in the sand, where it WAS management that harassed young women…for years and i will never go back. Not now that i have my boundary-setting powers!
