Thank you. I have been trying to get this message across since before the election, when Democrats thought he had no chance of winning, but I knew better. I am still amazed at how his every move, no matter how clearly callous and destructive, continues to be underestimated. Either he doesn’t understand or he doesn’t really intend…but I get it. People who haven’t experienced this are still processing his actions as if he thinks like they do…they would NEVER, no normal human would EVER…they can’t grasp how the normal rules--human decency, fairness, identification (also, RULES) don’t apply for him. There is no line he won’t cross. There are no lengths he won’t go to. There exists no indignity too horrible to inflict to avoid admitting something as simple as an innocent mistake. An unintentional miscalculation. And we better hope the virus puts him down because if he comes through this with mimimal effects, we are absolutely, totally effing doomed.
