Such wise words. As a child, I enjoyed reading stories about the future dystopia which had come to pass. I found a few common elements fascinating.

One was the protagonist. It never failed that the a whole of society had been collectively brainwashed, except FOR THIS ONE GUY…

Anyway, dystopia is much more terrifying and far less entertaining from within. I can’t stop thinking humanity could have used a few spankings and time outs along the way to today. Maybe we could have saved ourselves.
