I’m totally with you on the 10 year plan…I’m in year 7 of my own. My daughter is fifteen now and in the beginning, I never would have thought introducing a new person to our family would have anything to do with the age of my children (they were 7 and 3 when their dad and I divorced). I can tell you now that it absolutely has.

I wouldn’t subject a new man to a teenager for all the money in the world.

Not one I liked, anyway.
