Salma Saad I have been in a position where I felt I had to make my feelings known about something someone here, someone I considered a friend, posted. I understand. I was and am still very hurt and angry about what that person chose to say, and I felt it showed they were not the friend I had thought they were. It was painful; I addressed the person privately and ceased communication after that. I do understand.

And I believe that there are times the damage someone is doing outweighs sparing their feelings. I still choose to use the private message function to address that issue, but I know many, many others who do not and they are not wrong, either. It’s a personal choice, and no one is either right or wrong.

I think blatantly attacking people is unnecessary, most of the time, but usually only trolls do that anyway. Genuine members of this community are usually not inclined towards abject cruelty.

Not the ones I hang with, anyways. ;-) lol.

I still don’t know what I want to be when I grow up, but I know I want it to be spelled right and punctuated correctly. I guess that’s something.
