My daughter is 14 going on 30 going on 2 1/2. My mother turns 69 in September. I felt this section deeply from both sides of the coin.

I know you say this is creative non-fiction, so I assume that you’re penning an autobiography of sorts (creatively), which means you know that subtext all too well…but I’m just going to say it again: I hope you’re gathering these with plans to fit all the pieces together.

You are really good. Your writing is incredibly easy to follow; your flow is impeccable; your voice is real and relatable, and you always leave me wanting more.

Outstanding. :)

I still don’t know what I want to be when I grow up, but I know I want it to be spelled right and punctuated correctly. I guess that’s something.
