It’s the narcissist’s Houdini move…you think he’d have been all over this (not Oliver’s plea, but the whole “drop out and make it look like I did all that on purpose” thing…)
I’ve been saying since day one (not recently but for a long time earlier in the race) that he and Hillary were working together to get Bernie out of the race and get Hillary elected because no way was he really THIS awful at running for president…
I know now that he is just THAT AWFUL. but i totally think he could pull off dropping out of the race and making some big “YOU SHOULD ALL BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!” speech and make it relatively credible.
