In 2nd grade, after three years of my son transforming from this kid who couldn’t get enough school ( when he did kindy at his accredited preschool bc he missed the age cutoff to start public school) to a kid who regularly told me he wanted to for and screamed and held on to furniture when I tried to take him to school, I swear I almost killed his teachers. I wanted to pull him out and homeschool but I was a single mom and had to work.

He got great 3rd and 4th grade teachers and loves school again but I’m getting him on a 504 plan anyway because there is no guarantee as you are aware and next time they’re going to be legally required to not sit on their asses and I swear to god if I ever see another teacher LEADING her students in bullying a kid the way it happened to my kid and to you I might end up in death row because I don’t think torture is out of the question for what they do to kids. Ugh.

I still don’t know what I want to be when I grow up, but I know I want it to be spelled right and punctuated correctly. I guess that’s something.
