I am not trying to change your mind; no matter what anyone says, having someone unknown to you able to edit your work without your knowledge is an extremely valid thing to be uncomfortable about. I just wanted you to know that you can, as far as i can tell, view the entire revision history of what you write, i think whether it’s published in a publication or not. This includes every single autosaved version beginning with the first word you typed. If you click edit, then under those three little dots, on the dropdown, you get the option “revision history”. Click on that and you will see a notation of every revision ever made to the piece.

It’s up there (revision history)
early revision, before it was in publication (see, i can restore this revision)
much later revision, from within publication (can restore this one too)

Anyway, I just happened to accidentally find this today and thought i’d pass it on. :)

I still don’t know what I want to be when I grow up, but I know I want it to be spelled right and punctuated correctly. I guess that’s something.
