How sad for this restaurant. Apparently the manager is missing a key bit of information regarding what makes a restaurant successful: people EATING THERE.

Word of mouth is the ONLY way local eateries thrive. It is also the way they fail.

Btw, I live in Alaska, where most of the millionaires live undercover (as in, you wouldn’t know one if you saw him or her, even if you waited on them). They wear the same stuff to stay warm as the next guy. I love that. No, it’s the upper-middles you have to worry about. The soccer moms in yoga pants whose kid is always a bully but who swears it’s all the other kids. Interesting to me. It’s like you get to a certain place financially and lose the need to prove yourself.
