Honestly, I don’t think the economy thing is new. It seems to be a point of contention in every election, with every candidate. It is kind of a mainstay. Every president has half the country feeling like they saved the economy, and the other half feeling like they destroyed it.

And I don’t understand money at all, so I never understand what the fuck people are talking about. I only know that reading a summary of the economic state of a presidency from two opposing forces is like reading about two completely different realities.
