Hmmm…apparently I only gushed a plethora of grateful words for this amazing garden of kindnesses in my head. Michelle Stone you can’t know what it means to me that you understand my purpose FOR revealing the parts of my life of which I’m most ashamed, or the most traumatized over, or the things I would regret the most strenuously, if I believed in regret.

I have been accused of attention-seeking, and catastrophizing, and over-sharing, and lots of other negative acts.

Some of them I may have indeed committed. I’m not sure. Probably lol.

But one thing I am ABSOLUTELY sure about in this life is that the most impactful spiritual healing a human can experience is that which occurs when another person TRULY understands our life experience because they have literally been where we are.

And how are we supposed to find our healers if no one is stripping themselves bare of all the false fronts they’ve constructed and becoming willing to show up exposed?
