Good God, NO!!!

Don’t ever conform! Don’t ever dilute your darkness. Somebody out there NEEDS you to be you, unfiltered.

When we write to make sense of our experiences and feelings and mistakes and consequences and darkness and light, we must remember other people are experiencing and fucking up and paying for it and we all need to feel like we aren’t alone.

If you PG your feelings, what about the young girl who reads your story while experiencing something similar and she feels so much darker than you seem to get and she thinks,

Look how well THIS ONE is coping and I’m all fucked up! What’s wrong with me?

Everybody has darkness but most people only show the world their light. And it kind of makes the world one big ol' lie.

I still don’t know what I want to be when I grow up, but I know I want it to be spelled right and punctuated correctly. I guess that’s something.
