Do you, by chance, happen to bromance with Luke Trayser? If not, you should. Because reading you, or reading him, lights up my brain in the exact same way.
Every day, I fight like hell not to end up on the wrong side of my bipolar disorder and every day, it gets harder to listen to a world mid-crash-and-burn and still have the energy to do the work to find the little pockets of good. it’s just less exhausting to fall into a reluctant acceptance of fate.
I tend to show up during high stress situations and people like you and Luke always leave me smiling.
Not a small thing. :)
