Big man is SO SURE ABOUT THIS, but ignores everything else I mentioned. So, let me ask you, Mr. Masculine, how many programs for disadvantaged youth have you donated to? How many food banks? How much have you spent to help fund education? Do you foster children whose parents have lost custody because of the opioid epidemic in America? Have you ever adopted? Changed a diaper? Wiped a nose? Cleaned up after a child with a nasty stomach bug?

Do you volunteer your time; miss a ballgame or a night out at the pub to take calls at a teen crisis center, from kids who are abused and neglected by parents who don’t want them?

Have you ever offered to watch a child for free, so that a destitute mother could get herself enough of a job to meet the minimum that qualifies as “affording” her children?

Have you ever fed a hungry child that didn’t belong to you? Just because?

Or does your concern end at birth?

Be honest.

And on the other hand: what is your opinion of single moms who clearly can’t afford to care for their children? What about the ones who clearly can’t afford to care for their children, and they’re PREGNANT?

Bet you have really uplifting things to say about women like that, don’t you?

Guys like you are such hypocrites. Women are damned if they do and damned if they don’t. Have the kid they can’t afford, they’re nothing but scum sucking away your livelihood tax dollar by freaking tax dollar who don’t deserve to breathe. Don’t have the kid, they’re murderous cunts who don’t deserve to breathe.

And yet, the majority of parents who don’t raise the children they created are not the mothers.

That I was married to a fucking abusive narcissist and I feel TOTALLY BLESSED that he carries his half of the parenting load is nothing to ignore. It’s not such a common occurrence.

But, damnit. We’d better make sure every baby conceived is eventually born. That’ll solve things.

I still don’t know what I want to be when I grow up, but I know I want it to be spelled right and punctuated correctly. I guess that’s something.
